Following on from my last blurb about exercising to lose a few pounds and tone up it is time for an update. I can now run 7 miles at a time which I do once a week, with 2 lots of 4 mile runs in there as well. Not bad I think and I'm hoping you will notice the difference in my bum next time you see me.
Doing exercise is having an effect on me and making me very horny, bit bazaar when I return from a seven mile run in the rain, hot sweaty and soaking wet, so I strip off naked in the porch because even my knickers are drenched from the rain, take off my two sports bras (preventative measures to prevent too much movement) as they are also soaked and go and have a long hot shower.
